⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Highly Recommend!

We can’t say enough great things about Dave! His professionalism, extensive experience, industry knowledge, and dedication to his clients are truly outstanding. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to guide us through our home-buying experience. Our situation was far from easy. We dealt with difficult builders and numerous issues with our new construction home leading up to closing. Through every challenge, Dave was there advocating for us, providing guidance, and ensuring our concerns were addressed. His patience, persistence, and ability to navigate frustrating situations gave us confidence that we had the right person in our corner. What sets Dave apart is his wealth of experience and the relationships he has built throughout his career. His connections with reputable contractors and industry professionals proved invaluable when unexpected issues arose. Dave has also chaired committees within the National Association of Realtors and earned a place in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, reflecting his expertise and dedication to the profession. Our family previously worked with Dave to sell a home, and after that great experience, I knew he was the right person to help us purchase our new construction home. Having now worked with him on both sides of a real estate transaction, it’s easy to see why my family continues to trust him. We fully intend to work with Dave again for our future real estate needs. Despite his impressive accomplishments, Dave remains personable, approachable, and genuinely invested in his clients. He provides honest advice and isn’t afraid to stand up for his clients when challenges arise. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Dave has done for our family. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy realtor who will advocate for your best interests, we couldn’t recommend Dave more highly!
