In Miami, finding the level of professionalism David provided is almost unheard of. He was kind, communicative and prompt when we had questions or concerns. He connected us with a realtor out of state to assist us in the purchase of a new home in Colorado while he worked on selling our Miami property. His recommendation was a home run. He was fair and fought in our favor when buyer demands seemed outrageous and helped mediate so both parties felt satisfied.
