I can't imagine the sale of our house going as well as it did without David. David gave us great advice and helped us through the process of identifying and setting up the repairs and improvements we needed to make to get the best price for our home. We were selling from out of state, so having his help in checking on the place and monitoring/scheduling the work to be done was a godsend.
