David is very nice and helpful. He helped make what otherwise would feel like work an enjoyable process. He was always very pleasant and took all the time I needed to work through various challenges. His experience and knowledge of the market were a great boon. He took the time to explain every step of the process and to make sure I could make the most informed decisions every step of the way. Selling my house went as smoothly as I could have hoped for, and the final sale price was higher than I hoped for, all thanks to David's guidance.
