David helped us find this house 6 years ago and, when we were needed in South Carolina, he helped us sell it. David worked through our HOA to get a sign put up, hosted an open house and got an offer right away. He helped with the negotiations and was present for the walk thru and inspection when we had other commitments. We recommend David very highly.
David is an absolutely amazing person and a friend. We've known David for over 14 years, and have bought multiple houses with him. In fact, I got to know of David through my parents, because the first house they bought was through David. So one can imagine how much we trust David that we chose him again for our current house! He's an excellent realtor, and incredibly knowledgable! While searching for houses, he showed us many houses, and was with us throughout the process. Every time I'd call and ask him he could show us houses, he'd just say "please let me know time and I'll be there," and he'd be there at that time! I had so many questions throughout the process, which house was better and why, which loan company to work with, how services would get transferred, questions about the loan documents and details, and every single time, he was available right away to answer questions! David was always a call away! When showing houses, he was always there on time, and extremely professional. Buying a house is a long process, but with David, it was an extremely smooth experience, and he made everything super easy with on-call and online communications and document signing! Even on the closing day, as we were signing documents, David made sure we understood everything, and when we had questions, he contacted relevant people right away to get everything resolved smoothly! I would 100% work again with David. Every time I talk about David with my parents, I always say, he's the best person I've ever met! I highly recommend David! This is the second time we've worked with David to buy a home. What we like best is he has a keen sense of houses that are not going to be a good fit. One house we asked him about he pulled the inspection report from a previous offer which revealed a cracked foundation. His home inspector Bill is very thorough identifying things that lay buyers like us might not even consider. Going into our second purchase we were more equipped to make a good buying decision due to their advocacy during our first purchase.
David is knowledgeable about the current market based on his decades of experience as a Las Vegas real estate agent. He went above and beyond as an agent even working on weekends and taking his family's time just to show our house to the potential buyers. He is also knowledgeable on how to prepare the house for pictorials. He also helped us move our stuff to the storage which is beyond his call as an agent. David is more than just an agent but also a good friend to us. We have known David for 12 years when he was our agent as a buyer. He went above and beyond even then when he took pictures of the house that we liked. We ended up offering to buy the house even before we saw it in person because we trusted his judgment. We can trust him 100%. When our house was on the market, he always communicated with us and gave us feedback after the show. He made some suggestions to make our house competitive. Overall, we are very satisfied with his performance during the process of selling our house. Nothing can beat David's professionalism.

Have dealt w david on 3 home sales/ buys. Hes w out a doubt the best there is whether ur property sale is $400k or $4 mil he treats every one the same w absolutely full client service from stsrt to finish!!! Everything from arranging movers, painters, house cleaners, etc etc. he does it all and with minimal stress!!! I cannot recommend anyone any more than david!!!
