This is the second time we've worked with David to buy a home. What we like best is he has a keen sense of houses that are not going to be a good fit. One house we asked him about he pulled the inspection report from a previous offer which revealed a cracked foundation. His home inspector Bill is very thorough identifying things that lay buyers like us might not even consider. Going into our second purchase we were more equipped to make a good buying decision due to their advocacy during our first purchase.
