They made it so easy for us and took care of everything so we had no worries and best of all they sold our home within a week, yes 1 week! I would highly recommend Dave and Georgia.

David and Georgia are outstanding realtors. They helped me sell my parent's estate that I owns along with my 3 other siblings. Two of them live out-of-state and one had no email, so there were extra challenges to deal with. They met all of our deadlines with overnight mailings and everyone understood each part of the selling process with emails, texts, phone calls, and personal visits. They not only got us top dollar, but did a lot of extras such as checking on our vacant property during the winter months, helping us move items out, and cleaning. The even helped us sort through personal finances with each other. They treated us like family and communicated with us constantly to reassure us everything would turn out fine, and it did!
As a new home buyer the process can be overwhelming sometimes. David and Georgia understand that as a new buyer we have lots of questions about the process. They were very patient with us and always go above and beyond to get us the information we need. They are very knowledgeable of the market and will look out for your best interest. We were having problems with the bank trying to get approve for a loan and they gave us great recommendation for a broker. They always make themselves available whenever we need to look at houses (And we've looked at many). They were very prompt in responding to emails and text messages. After we close on our house they were still following up with us to see how things were. We enjoyed working with David and Georgia and we definitely recommend them. It also helps that they are very friendly.

I was responsible for the sale of a family estate, but really had no experience in handling or even understanding the process. David and Georgia were a great help from the beginning. They helped me step by step to make sure everything was handled properly and were very patient in explaining things to me and answering my many questions. They referred me to a fantastic real estate attorney who handled the probate and other issues I had with no problems. They even had a septic guy who worked with me to install a new one when that issue came up. They were very professional and caring throughout the entire process and made this stressful experience much easier for me to get through. Even the people they recommended to me were very responsive and efficient. I had no idea how this process would unfold or how long it would take. I followed their advice and it worked out exactly as they said it would! I wasn't even sure we would be able to make a profit on this sale from what we were looking at, but David and Georgia took the time to look through all the paperwork, research what was needed and present me with options. In the end the sale went smoothly and we made more than I thought we could. I'm glad I had them to help me through this sale. I would definitely recommend them to others
