When I began to write this review on David Alix I struggled. David's qualifications were amazing in every sense of the word. It all began when I called David to have him come over to my home regarding listing my home. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, transparent, forthright, attentive and the list goes on. Needless to say I listed my home immediately with David and I would definitely refer him to all that are purchasing or selling a home. Thank you David for an amazing experience.

David was very professional and very quick to answer any of my concerns, texts, voicemails.. He even was able to get my closing date earlier than what was scheduled scheduled. I will definately use him again if any future Endeavors.
Beat experience ever. I had never sold a house before and as a young single female it was daunting. David walked me through each steps and ensure nothing was left to wonder. He even went out of his way to contact others about rules on profits to ensure not a question went unanswered even when out of his scope. He showed up on picture day ready to move furniture and help with the dogs!! From listing day to the closing day, 27 days later 😬😳 he made sure everything was as stress free as it could be. His knowledge, professionalism, expertise, and fast responses got us the house of our dreams in Cape Coral, FL. David would meet us in the evening,late afternoon or on weekends because our work schedules are not the typical Monday-Friday 9-5. David allowed us time to walk through the homes, never overbearing or rushing us in the process and would help us to narrow down our likes and dislikes so he could find is exactly what we were looking for.
