Dave worked with us on buying our first detached home and later selling our condo rental property. He was on top of things and communicated frequent updates. With the condo sale, there were challenges on the buyer's side with the buyer's lender as the COVID-19 situation grew in late Feb and early March 2020. Dave stayed at helm and held steady course; escrow finally closed mid-March just as the shelter-in-place order came down, and we were so certainly grateful for that.
