Dave was unquestionably the best realtor we have ever worked with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, transparent throughout the process, and an excellent negotiator and communicator. We had such a wonderful experience working with Dave and cannot recommend him enough. He is highly skilled in his profession and such an astute business man that he truly is in a league of his own within the realtor sphere. Anyone looking to buy or sell a home with Dave Winters could not be in better hands!
