I can't say enough good things about Dave Swenson

I can't say enough good things about Dave Swenson. I am so grateful for his kindness, patience, professionalism, timeliness, and his depth of knowledge of both the Sarasota market and construction practices here. Multiple colleagues recommended Dave, and spoke glowingly of their experiences with him. I couldn't agree more and will also recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor (in fact, already have). I would not have made it through the search, finding a place, finding a renovation loan, closing, etc. without Dave's skillful navigation of a complex process and his expertise.
