Dave was great in spite of the drama we encountered dealing with a horrible seller and their agent. He was always very responsive and referred me to his lawyer who was also very helpful in dealing with these people. He went the extra mile right to the very end of the transaction. He genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.
