The 2 pieces of property were for sale with another agent and there was no activity! Dave Sprinkel totally understood the divorce sale, poor easement road access and market trends! Dave understood the value the vacant parcel had and marketed it , sold it fast! Dave showed the vacant parcel and the parcel with the home dozens of times. He was onsite so to speak! He WORKED! His communication was excellent! When my ex tried to disregard divorce decree Dave stepped up and made it right! I would not use nor recommend ANY other Agent than Dave Sprinkel!!! I have moved to Texas. Too bad Dave is not licensed in Texas too as I would not use anyone else!
