Dave Silva was very helpful in helping us acquire our new home. He was understanding in our needs. At the beginning of the month we had the opportunity to obtain our house located at Poinciana, Florida. During this process we had the opportunity to meet with different personalities who in one way or another helped us go thru the process necessary to get us thru to the end. One of these individuals was Realtor, David Silva, Jr. We are forever indebted to him. Without his help we believe the process would have been uphill all the way but he took us step by step and we followed every instruction that he gave us, which undoubtedly brought us to the end.
