In a word: Phenomenal. If you are looking for the very best possible real estate transaction experience - Dave is the man. We saw his name on a for sale sign down the road several months before we planned to sell our home, and saw his name on NextDoor around the same time. While I'd had a couple friends give me names of their agents, but every time I considering reaching out to someone -- I kept coming back to Dave. So I texted him.
