Dave did an exceptional job in selling my mom’s condo. It was not an easy sell. It was contracted 3 times and twice it fell through. The first buyers withdrew due to cold feet. The second time the mortgage was denied even after they were preapproved. But with Dave’s persistence we finally got the sale. For the final sale, Dave went above and beyond what was expected of him to get the Fire Safety inspection passed. He took it upon himself to purchase and install a smoke/CO alarm outside one of the bedrooms when he noticed it was missing. Throughout the entire time the condo was on the market, Dave consistently kept in touch with updates on what was going on. Even after the second contract fell through, Dave was very optimistic that the condo would sell keeping our hopes high. I would definitely recommend his services and use him again if needed.
