When talking to Dave,, let him know what you’re looking for and he starts looking for you and you compare notes and he gets what you needs are.

Dave was extremely wonderful he was always there to answer my calls and my many questions, he made the process less stressful just a great big thank you to Dave. He helped make our dreams possible😎So if your in need for a Realitor some one you can count call Dave Saracino

Dave was very responsive when we located a unit we wished to view. He always made things work according to our availability. Very helpful in getting financing and knowledgeable about local contractors to help with updates.

He was just what i needed in this competive market. I could have lost a lot of money but Dave pushed for a higher price and got me out of a bad situation.

Dave was always very willing to answer any questions I had. As a buyer for a vacation home in an area I did not know that well, Dave took the time to show me different areas and helped me fine tune a property that worked for me.

My wife and I had been working with Dave on relocating to Conway/Myrtle beach we had connected with Dave in February and and searched extensively for the right place he was tremendously helpful no initial luck then Dave called late one Sunday evening about a new listing that just came on it was what we were looking for my wife asked if he would go then and look at it for us he went (dragging his poor wife along) to it took a video it was perfect we were in contract that night he guided us through the process from Boston we are very happy with what Dave did for us he we referred him to my sister and brother in law who just closed recently and we would not deal with anybody but Dave

Working with Dave Saracino was a fantastic experience. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed every step of the process and always had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate agent.
