Dave is one of the most honest, patient, and respectful human beings I have ever met. He doesn't fit the stereotype definition of a real estate agent. He put our needs ahead of his own, he was available at any time day or night for a conversation, and he offered advice that was in our best interest. His experience with and knowledge of construction and the real estate market was key in helping us choose the PERFECT house. Dave helped my wife and I find and secure our first home together and are forever grateful. He is professional, and at the core one of the most genuine guys we have ever met.
