We started our home search in the spring of 2020 with Kyle Sanford. Kyle was awesome to work with and was always on top of everything for us. We got close to purchasing a house last year but things on our end fell through due to the pandemic. We took a break from looking for a little while until early 2021. Dave and Keisha did a great job with the comp on our house we sold. I have talked to other realtors that did this wrong, and comped our 2 story with ramblers. They were very professional and their experience showed on multiple occasions during the sell of our home. I don't give out 5 stars easily, but I was very pleased on how they helped us not only negotiate a good deal, but also putting time in the contract to get into our new home. Jeff did a good job helping us purchase a home from Richmond, the model home that was already ready, except the garage. Our experience has been good in exception to Richmond's continual lip service on a few outstanding items, which has nothing to do with goBE. The entire process with goBE, especially selling our home went relatively smoothly. I am a very busy person and they handled everything. Thank you guys!
