Dave was very eager to become our agent. However, I don't fill that there was much negotiating that took place with the sale. Our townhome was in great condition for a home that had been lived in for 9 years and we were encouraged to add flooring to the only room (media/game) that wasn't finished. Our sellers also requested our (fridge, wine cooler and bike racks) in their cash offer. We were in agreement and felt that these things were reasonable. However, once the inspector viewed the property/dwelling it became very evident to us that they were "looking" and had requested things be repaired or finished that would occur while living in a home. Normal wear and tear! They received a fantastic piece of property at a reasonable price. Have fun and enjoy my forever home! I'll be spending less time working and more time in Mexico!
