As the son of an Air Force officer, I had the privilege of growing up around the world before my family settled in Colorado Springs in the late 1950s — a place we knew we wanted to call home. After graduating from school, I was drafted into the service and proudly completed two tours in Vietnam with VF-191 aboard the USS Oriskany (CVA 34), an Essex-class aircraft carrier.
Upon returning home, I joined the Colorado Springs Police Department, where I proudly served our community for 10 years. It was during that time that a local home builder and a commercial broker — both friends from church — encouraged me to obtain my real estate license, setting me on a new path that became my lifelong career.
Now with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, land, and commercial properties throughout the Front Range and across Colorado. My background includes:
- Serving as Treasurer for the Board of Realtors for 2 years
- Chairing the Governmental Affairs Committee for 5 years
- Volunteering with community organizations including the March of Dimes and Silver
Key
- Representing a local builder of semi-custom homes
- Successfully marketing and selling properties ranging from ranches and mountain cabins
to commercial buildings, hotels, and residential homes
Over the years, I’ve also represented major banks in the sale of foreclosures and REO properties, and I’ve helped countless clients navigate the ups and downs of our local market with professionalism and care.
What I enjoy most is seeing the satisfaction on my clients’ faces when their real estate goals become reality. My business continues to thrive through repeat clients and referrals — a reflection of my loyalty, honesty, tenacity, and genuine commitment to serving others.
