Not only is he professional and an expert in his field, he is a blast to work with! We’ve worked with Dave twice now and each time he worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home and negotiate on our behalf. He’s always available, he knows this area better than anyone else, and he’s truly such a delight to work with. We wouldn’t consider working with any other realtor in South Florida, and neither should you!

We made the decision to move to Florida from Northern Virginia in the middle of June, 2022. On top of it all, they provided additional help assisting me unload a trailer I brought down to our new house prior to the rest of the family arriving. Greeted me with warm food and welcomed me to the awesome community.

I used Dave to purchase my home and to sell a home for my family. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over listings with my wife and me and took us to numerous houses before finally deciding on the one. He was patient at every moment and was straightforward in telling us when we should break off negotiations because the asking price was more than the market. When selling a house, Dave worked tirelessly to make sure that the house was presentable and marketed appropriately. He was able to recommend electricians, painters, etc... that we needed to make repairs to the house. Once the house was ready, he recommended a price that was spot on and resulted in a bidding war. We ended up with a price that exceeded our expectations by far. In summary, Dave is a true professional, and he is a very nice guy. An absolute pleasure to work with. Dave Reed is by far one of the best real estate agents near me in the Jupiter and Palm Beach area. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. Unfortunately, my stepdad passed away, and my mother was faced with selling their home and finding a smaller, more manageable place in our area. I knew Dave as a steadfast local musician but was also aware that he had a deep history as a real estate agent on the Treasure Coast. Asking for his guidance in this overwhelming process was the best decision we could have made. My brother up in NY and I were helping our mom through this transition, and Dave kept us all in the loop, taking calls and fielding questions from all of us, as well as the interested buyers and seller's agents. He and CJ went above and beyond expectations, giving real attention to why our mom needed to sell her home of 25 years and what she needed in a place to live. They never made us feel like we were a bother and always replied quickly to messages. They even stepped in a few times to assist other principals in keeping the process running smoothly and the deals moving forward. Numerous people commented on how helpful they were and how easy it was to work with Dave and his team. I know everything doesn't always fall right into place, but when all was said and done, I believe we sold a single-family home with an empty lot in PSL, found and purchased a villa in Hobe Sound, and moved - all in about four months and everything went smoothly. Unbelievable.
