Dave is absolutely exceptional in every way. Although we have talked with several other realtors prior to signing on with Dave, no one could come even close to his helpfulness, his understanding of our situation and of the local market, and his advice on what should be done and when that should happen. Other realtors probably work hard as well, but we do not believe that anyone else works harder on behalf of their client than Dave. Selling our house at the address provided was a long process, but Dave kept us informed every step of the way. Dave also was our realtor for our purchase of our new town home. With this purchase as well he was a tremendous help from the very beginning, keeping us informed about the progress of its construction and acting as our go between person for answers to our questions from the building contractor. Dave even followed up with us about a week after our closing and move in date to see how things were going at our new place. I don't believe every realtor does that. We will continue recommend Dave to anyone and everyone in the area who contacts us because they might be interested in selling or buying a home, property, land, or in just seeing what the area real estate market has to offer. Such an individual or couple could not do better than Dave Perry. In our opinion, he is the best there is.

Our experience couldn't have been better. Our property sold in four hours for our asking price. Dave knew the market and set everything up for a fast sale and once it was sold, he prepared for the closing so that it all went smoothly.
