Dave is more than an agent!!!

I am deeply impressed with Dave Messner’s approach in finding a dream home. I had the pleasure of working with Dave (and his assistant Jared) to find two properties and it has been an incredible experience. His knowledge of the local market, guidance on safer neighborhoods, advise on what may impact the property value down the road were all useful but the most important thing he possesses is patience. I never felt compelled and Dave clearly understood my expectations for a home. Over time, we built a good working relationship and I relied on Dave to make critical decisions, including purchasing price, inspection, repairs etc. Dave’s friendly and lively nature will have an impact on any person who works with him. If another opportunity arises, then Dave will be the person I will call or refer.
