Dave and Jared were amazing to work with during our recent sale. Dave priced our home right and Dave sold it the first week it was on the market. Not the norm for our neighborhood. Dave gave us great advice and ideas for staging and we took his recommendations. Such a great outcome. His follow up and communication while in escrow was excellent.
