He also made flyers and took out ads in order to get additional views on our home. He was able to put us in touch with a great roofer as well when the roof did not pass inspection. All in all it was a very positive and beneficial experience for us while we were moving over 900 miles. Peace of mind is invaluable when dealing with the stress of moving hundreds of miles.
