As always Dave has gone above and beyond. In my opinion, the most detail oriented realtor that I have come across. This goes a long way especially in a sellers market where things can easily be overlooked.

Dave was recommended to me Saturday 11/21/20. Made an appointment for the following Saturday 11/28/20. When we meet he was professional and very prepared with all the information about my parents home that I was selling. Spent all afternoon with me explaining in detail from start to finish and what I can expect. His strategy was exciting and was very realistic. He made suggestions of how to increase the value of the property with spending very little money and he said if I didn’t have the time to do it he will have his team made sure it got done. I did not live in the area so for me that was great I did not have to take time off from work . Before Dave and his team had the showing he already had one contract and two from the showing. The house closing on 1/25/21. Since it was the holiday season and Covid I did not expect to find a buyer and close as fast as we did. Dave and his team exceeded my expectations saved me money and made me money this was the least stressful thing that I have done in the last two years thank you from the bottom of my heart

Dave, was the best realtor I ever had. I was not a first time home buyer and I have had several realtors that helped me in the past with the purchase and sale of houses. From the beginning, Dave was fast in responding to my questions and always kept me informed about the status of my purchase. He is not a realtor that only seeks his commission, he actually fights for the best deal for you and thinks outside the box. I had a little complicated loan process but Dave with his experience was able to guide me in the right direction throughout my loan process.
