Dave made finding and buying a house a wonderful experience. Dave was nothing but professional. I was moving from NC to FL and Dave was extremely accommodating in our house search remotely. Did multiple walk through via FaceTime/skype. Gave us his honest thoughts and helped us tremendously. Once the first offer was made Dave’s team was on their game. I always had my questions answered quickly and truthfully. Dave went above what would typically be required of any realtor. Highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a house in the area.
