Dave is knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. He helped me selling my house after buying new new one. He helped pricing the house according to how fast I needed to sell it. Indeed, he sold it 3 weeks after I moved out. I paid double mortgage for 1 month only. He provided good market analysis and customized to my need. I will keep him as my broker.
