About Dave

I believe that investing in real estate can build a foundation for your future. Not only is this an investment but will build a solid foundation for your family. Having a home can be a special place for family and a gathering place with friends to remember moments for a lifetime. Having a current working knowledge in the real estate market after 18 of sales experience and being an owner of multiple properties is so very important in this ever evolving market. I'm a full service agent that combined with my work ethic, market research, aggressive marketing strategies, and keen negotiation skills will enable me to get the best possible results for you. Building relationships and taking care of associates and friends is my ultimate motivation to providing excellent service. In my previous career, I was a 25 year vested employee with Nordstrom, where I honed my customer service skills into many award winning corporate selling awards. Outside of helping people with their real estate dreams, I enjoy taking strolls along Greenlake with my dog, wine tasting in Walla Walla, along with hiking, fishing and biking around the Pacific Northwest.
