As buyers: We were relocating from Virginia and were going to be in town for only a week. Dave previewed over 30 homes for us to help narrow our list. He has high standards and attention to detail. He seems to have good rapport and communication skills with other agents. We were able to get our home with our first offer and asking. Upon closing, Dave helped coordinate fixing some rat issues and garage issues while we were still in VA. He even brought in a decorated Christmas tree for us when we moved in, as he knew we celebrated Christmas and we moved in a few days before Christmas and have small children, saying our kids needed to have a Christmas tree. As sellers: We were going to co-list our home with another agent who markets himself very well in our neighborhood. After realizing Dave would be doing 98% of the work, we decided to go with just Dave. I have zero regrets over this. Dave went above and beyond. Who spends a couple of days helping the seller prepare their home to sell by painting, replacing fixtures, helping find fixtures, etc.? Dave Hynden does. He priced our home perfectly. We put our house on the market and got an excellent and clean offer (offering a quick closing, a premium on our house, no fixing up, and free rent-back for a month) the next day. Dave earns his commission and is hard working and good at what he does. Dave is honest, easy to work with, and does his homework. He is great at what he does and we recommend him with zero reservations. Thank you, Dave!

Dave was just fantastic with our home purchase. He was very thoughtful and patient during the search process and then was right on regarding strategy to successfully purchase the home. The housing market is very hot with multiple offers on every deal - so his deep understanding of the market was HUGE! He also anticipated needs and issues while working with our lender and escrow company. I am usually VERY picky and critical but Dave Hynden has earned my highest recommendation. I will certainly use him again and refer friends and family!

I'll begin with this; I would recommend Dave to anyone in a heart beat, and already have! Dave was our realtor for the purchase/sale of our condo, and then the purchase of our home. I'd recommend him for a ton of reasons, and below are just a few. He is friendly and personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable without any stress. He is a very genuine person. His personality was a great fit for my husband and I, and he is simply fun to be around. He has experience with remodeling homes, and for our price point and the neighborhood we wanted to be in, most of the homes are older and could use at least a little work. He was able to give us insight each time we were looking at a home and give us an idea of what certain houses might need/how much projects could end up costing. He made it easy to trust his expertise. Both the sale of our condo and purchase of our home was smooth sailing due to Dave, which is especially impressive considering how crazy the market is in Seattle (multiple offers, above asking, etc) Hands down, my husband and I plan on using him next time we need a realtor.
