We were purchasing a home in California but living in Michigan and had to do much of the contractual work from there. He was able to keep everything running smoothly and on time even though we weren't in the area. Dave also has a great sense of humor and was able to keep a potentially stressful situation light and sometimes fun when needed. He is low key and doesn't push or rush. Very steady and stable.
