Dave was easy to work with in finding places and scheduling times to view places. We coordinated thru google maps the best routes and it was easier to view more place in a one day. Dave was very knowledgeable on real-estate as well as the harder part of purchasing a home, the loan process. He previously worked at a title company so he can offer very valuable info. I would definitely work with him again if I ever decide to move again.

After our first meeting our communications were long distance for almost a year while I tried to sell my house in Georgia. In our opinion, Dave is the best. We transacted 2 real estate deals in the Tampa area, both while we were living in another state and Dave took care of everything that we could not do because of being 1000 miles away. This was my Wife (28F) and I's (27M) First home buying experience and I wouldn't have had it any other way. We were with Dave Hoyt for about 8 months while renting an apartment, that way we were able to take our time and find the right one. I received DAILY updates from Dave Hoyt's search engine that allowed me to get online, set my preference (zip codes, price range, sq. footage,) and find houses that came up as soon as they went on the market. It did not matter where a house was, Dave was always ready to jump and go see it immediately after work or on the weekends. His schedule was always flexible to fit our's with full time jobs. He also set us up with his trusted friend and mortgage broker to get us pre-approved to see what we could even afford in the first place! We looked at 100's of houses online and went to about 20 in person over the course of a few months. We were able to get a feel for what we liked, Dave was able to catch things our untrained eyes would not, and together we chipped away until we found our home. The home we ended up buying we were able to catch THE FIRST DAY it was on the market. And lucky us because it was exactly what we were looking for in a good price range, and other's were ready to jump on it if we had not. The house had an older roof so Dave was also able to negotiate that into our proposal, that way we could get it replaced and the cost was built into the price of the house! Dave was able to guide us during the whole buying experience, from finding us a trusted mortgage guy, to home insurance, and even the home inspector that was on OUR side, not the sellers. And of course he got multiple quotes for the new roof we needed after all was said and done. The entire contact with Dave Hoyt was enjoyable. We definitely felt we were taken care of and looked after through the entirety of the process. He is very much the family-man and cares about you and yours.
