From the start Dave was engaged with us, working within our parameters to find potential homes. Dave kept pace as we fine-tuned the areas we were interested in and came up with good targets to explore. As we zeroed in on a place we really liked, we revisited some similar properties to make sure it was what we were looking for. Dave also helped us in other areas. Early on he referred us to a mortgage banker at our request which helped us get the pre-approved mortgage process rolling. The inspection company he referred us to identified areas of concern that Dave used to negotiate with the seller, to insure they were addressed. In short, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
