David showed what a real estate agent should be. David was always attentive with listening to my request and open to my requests even though it wasn’t the norm for the Market. That is key since all houses are not the same and not always based on what statistics show. Too many real-estate agents loose sight of that. David was was always responsive with returning phone calls. David showed prose in his marketing skills beyond what I have seen with other real estate agents. He was extremely helpful with details to not only help get the house ready but also “after the sale” helpful with his knowledge of companies that could assist with our move. Truly a very helpful piece in the move process. Would I recommend David to my friends and family. Well “I already Have”
