We interviewed a couple realtors before we selected Dave and he stood out above all the rest. He came to us prepared with estimated sales numbers, comparable houses, and plan of action. He is now our gold standard for realtors. We ultimately selected his tier 2 services, which we highly recommend. Dave took care of staging consultations and cleanings, which allowed us to focus on our regular schedule. I felt confident that everything was being taken care of and completed in a timely manner because of Dave and because of that it was much less stressful. He was always readily available for any questions we had and I truly believe that because of Dave’s dedication and attention to detail that is what allowed us to sell our home in two days!
