Buying your first home is intimidating. So many variables in an unknown territory. Dave's first priority was always to know what we were looking for and asking the right questions to sincerely tell us what was good for us. Always on top of things every step of the process, anticipating things and getting a step ahead, preparing documents and helping us communicate with the different sellers we engaged. At the end he helped us find our perfect home, at the right price, in the perfect location. We have no words to express how blessed we feel to have decided to ask Dave to help us purchase our home.
