I enjoyed working with Dave, I was able to sell my condo and find a house that I wanted to buy quickly. All deadlines were met and the process went smoothly. Dave found houses that had the features that I was looking for and I ended up in a house & neighborhood that I enjoy for the right price. If I remember correctly, Dave mentioned that he had prior experience as a home inspector or with something similar - his recommendations for repairs and staging of the condo prior to an open house were useful. He is also a friendly guy, easy to talk to.
