Dave & Jean helped us sell our existing home and helped make sure we didn't get taken advantage of by our builder as we negotiated the purchase and customization of a new construction home. We had an excellent experience all the way around. There were a few hiccups in getting our first home through closing that they helped us resolve...don't know how we could have made it through the process without them!
