He was there to help with anything I/we needed help getting rid of and the direction we needed to go to fix/improve what needed to fixed/improved. It was our first time buying a house ever and we had no idea what to expect. We called a few places to look for a real estate agent and found Dave. We decided to go with Dave because he was patient and knowledgeable with helping us keep informed. Dave went up and above for me and my family when it came to finding a home and working with the lender . He answered all my questions even if they seemed crazy to me . Buying a home was very stressful but he was by our side every step of the way . He was even out there with us helping us paint and fix the deck for the house to get approved . Dave is a great realtor! Our experience with Dave was not easy in the least. Both my husband and I have very busy schedules and 2 children. Dave was able to work with us and show us places based on our schedule. He really knows his stuff and shared more than neccessary to help us make an informative decision that landed us a great house. Dave helped us find a house that met all of our initial demands and for that I would recommend him.
