Buying a condo in Laguna Woods

I knew Dave since 2018. I asked him to find me a co-op where I planned to move to SouthCAL from the east coast. That deal did not work out due to my situation. After that he found me a rental unit in which I lived there for one year. I started to look for a condo before my lease expired. I wanted to move before my lease expired. We went through a lot of properties. Dave was very responsive to my suggestions and worked hard to find what I wanted. He wrote up summaries on all the units we looked at at the end of the day, highlighting the points that met or not met what I wanted, pros and cons of the units, to help me refresh my mind on what we saw. He even let me see units that were under renovation, allowing me to see the design and workmanship quality of the contractor. My purchase went very smooth. I also ended up hiring that contractor to do some work on my unit. Dave knows the village and its crazy rules very well. He was very willing to find answers to my question and gave his opinion. I would definitely recommend Dave as your realtor.
