We have used Dave twice, and he is excellent. We first met him when we were buying our house and he was the sellers agent. He went above and beyond to negotiate and make sure the deal held together. We liked him so much we kept in touch with him as we renovated our new house, and he was more than willing to stop by and give us advice and direction as we made improvements on the house.<br/><br/>Of course we called him when we unexpectedly had to move because we were transfered out of state, and he got us a deal after our house was listed for only 3 days. The offer was less than we wanted after pouring our sweat and tears in to the renovation, but objectively was over market value. A very well grounded salesman, to be sure!
