I worked with Dave a couple of years ago to sell my home and buy a new one at the same time. He was very professional and helped find the perfect home for me. He listened to what my needs and wants were in my new home and helped me navigate the market. I am so happy with the neighborhood and home that he helped me find. My husband and I had a great experience with Dave. We were looking for a house that we could update (the more outdated the better!). Dave had such a good eye for what was possible, what would be worth it, and where not to overinvest. His data driven approach was helpful in understanding industry trends and what was realistic for both selling/buying costs. Not to mention, you can be completely honest with Dave of how you're feeling in the process. He will provide guidance but will leave the final decision to you as the buyer/seller. Of course, we often said, no dave, just tell us what to do since we trusted him so much!! We're so thankful for his negotiation skills too, he knows where to push and when to give in a little if it means you'll get the house. Dave was referred to us by a close coworker, and we have since referred him to other friends and family who also had a positive experience. We'll definitely be using Dave again if/when we move in the future.
