Dave Dettmann is a professional speaker, trainer, real estate broker & author. He has been an active Realtor since 1988. He holds over 30 sales awards & certificates, and before opening his own office he averaged taking 78 listings a year for 6 years in a row. From 2003 thru 2007 he was a trainer for the Floyd Wickman "Sweathogs" program, and in 2008 he started his own training company “Real Estate Agents Edge". He has trained agents in every major franchise as well as countless other companies and has taught in 6 different states. Dave is a graduate of the South Florida Speakers University, and a former member of the National Speakers Association-Central Florida and Speakers Academy where he was awarded the Speakers Academy Achievement Award, its highest honor. He has published 2 books and has gone on to write and teach over 15 real estate training programs. He currently can be seen all over YouTube and has over 6,000 subscribers. He lives and runs a 3 office real estate brokerage with his wife Wendy in the Fort Myers, Florida area.
