Dave is as good as they come. He not only helped my family sell our home and purchase another home (in the exact location that we wanted), he was able to make it all happen without missing a step. He got us into two escrows, which closed within 1 day of each other and made it look easy. I cannot say enough about Dave's incredible professionalism, work-ethic, and good nature.
