We met Dave from a recommendation from our son. We are new to the area and we were exploring neighborhoods and discovering places we didn’t want to live. Once we knew what we wanted, we met with Dave Carney and he delivered. He sent us to a place he thought we would like, and was he ever right! Although there was a full price bid on the property, Dave suggested we meet the price and stress that we would pay in cash. The seller accepted our offer and ten days later we were in our new house. It was a pleasure working with Dave and we highly recommend him to other buyers.
