David and Candy were recommended to us to handle a short sale of a rental property. They gave us a full analysis of the property to be sold "as is" and a suggested price. We went ahead and they in a short time in a bad market were able to find a buyer. Candy and David were very professional and knowledgeable in handling the short sale and all the complex documentation. We will use their services again.
