Dave & Candy helped the reviewer sell this property

Dave and Candy never gave up even when I suggested we stop during the winter months

Dave and Candy never gave up even when I suggested we stop during the winter months. They strongly suggested we continue to have it for sale since the market was doing well in spite of the weather. They were right. At the beginning of 2016, they had a buyer. Better yet, it sold for more than I paid for it.
