Helped streamline house search and ultimately purchase!

Dave has been extremely patient and kind throughout the house hunting process. We were looking at houses for well over a year before finding the one (even had some false hopes in between). He never gave up and was always willing to work around our schedule to ensure we got the houses viewed. The buying process was streamlined with him setting up for inspection and survey! He went above and beyond in so many ways! I'm so happy I accidentally fell in with one of the best!
