He made sure that the offer included what we asked for as contingencies and gave great insights on the entire home buying process. Dave always asked us what we needed (often times before we even knew we needed it) and was always happy to answer our questions. He was continuously on top of new information and checking things out for us if we were in need of something more. He went out of his way while on a business trip to get an additional showing for us of the house we were looking at and ultimately I don't believe we would be where we are today without Dave's help.
