His knowledge exceeds the level of others. He conducts himself at a very professional level, but he is flexible enough to adapt to the level of others. Communication however becomes challenging, especially involving levels exceeding current manageable capacity, ie manageable workload.
About 10 years ago Dave helped us purchase our first home. When it was time to move again we of course had him sell it for us! Our house sold for more than we expected and faster than we expected. He walked us through the things we needed to do to get it sold and it worked! Dave knows the market well and is great at explaining both on the selling and buying side. I think we found our forever home but if we find out we didn't we'll definitely go with Dave again!
